I try to exercise as frequently as possible,
if your red climb out window,
go across to building and climb up stairs then jump off balcony and do the same in 2 back buildings
Then hang a right from doorway and run over to tree; climb it!
Jump down and head for bridge
jump down after crossing bridge behind blue spawn
then go across to shed roof
jump on patio then enter conference room

All this exercise you too will be slim and in great physical condition and then your ping will go down ;)

Or you could move closer to Amsterdam and/or get a better Internet Supply Provider
